Well it had to happen, a tropical low came in, and the blue sky, and calm waters disappeared to be replaced by 5 days of rain, and a 4 meter swell. It loks like the low, is turning in a tropical cyclone, that may hit Western Australia next week. Hopefully, by then we will be back to a more summer climate.
I met a local water engineer during the week, and he actually said they have had so much water, that one of the springs that they pump the water from, which is in a cave, has completely flooded the cave, and they can't get in the service the pump as its under 15 feet of water.
The weather has been so bad, that the kids have hogged the computer, hence the lack of postings this week.
However, as the weather improves, we will be back out exploring the island, and wearing them out during the day.
